Dana McArthur is an experienced ADR specialist with nearly four decades in civil litigation, mediation, and legal education. Having litigated catastrophic injury cases on both sides of the docket, she brings a balanced and informed perspective to negotiation.

She has mediated more than 3,000 civil disputes, with advanced experience in construction defect, product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, breach of contract, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and DTPA matters. Known for her preparation, discretion, and thoughtful approach, Dana is skilled in managing complex, multi-party negotiations and guiding difficult matters toward resolution. Her experience also includes teaching and speaking on alternative dispute resolution and negotiation strategy.
